3. Products

We sell:

Original artwork and paintings created by Albert Pavlis — each is a unique, one-of-a-kind item.
Print-on-demand products (e.g., posters, framed prints, canvases) featuring reproductions of Albert Pavlis’s artwork, produced by third-party fulfillment partners upon order.
Custom portraits/commissions created based on customer-submitted photos and instructions.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors and details of our products, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, or the handmade nature of original artwork.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD or USD (as selected at checkout) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of order, processed through our secure third-party payment processor.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
For custom portraits, we may require approval of a digital proof before final production.

5. Shipping

Print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner(s); estimated production and shipping times will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Original artwork and custom portraits may require additional handling and shipping time due to their handmade nature.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Original artwork, paintings, and custom portraits are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns, except in cases of damage during shipping, as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds and replacements are available only on print-on-demand merchandise, and only in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items. 7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and content on this Site are the original creations of Albert Pavlis and are protected by copyright. © [YEAR] Albert Pavlis. All rights reserved.
Purchasing a print or original artwork grants you ownership of the physical item only. It does not grant you any copyright, reproduction rights, or license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork, in whole or in part, for commercial or public use, without our prior written consent.
You may not use any images, text, or content from this Site without our permission.

Custom Portraits

For custom portraits, you confirm that you have the right to use any photos you submit and that doing so does not infringe on any third party’s rights (e.g., copyright of the original photo, or the privacy rights of people depicted). We reserve the right to decline any commission request.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Submit photos or content for custom portraits that are offensive, infringing, or unlawful

Our total liability for any claim relating to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
